How will I get my results?
If you have signed up for the secure Patient Portal, you can access your test results as they are available. At your visit, you will specify your preferred method of contact and our clinic staff will contact you with your test results once they’ve been reviewed by the healthcare provider.
Do I need a parent or guardian with me?
No. Patients age 13 and older can be seen and treated confidentially without a parent or guardian present. However, patients under age 18 will need to have a parental permission to receive vaccinations.
Will you send something to my house?
Confidentiality is very important to us. During your visit, you will specify your preferred method of contact, including mail correspondence. Clinic staff will send mail correspondence if we have been unable to contact you by your preferred method of contact and there are concerns regarding your health or wellbeing. We do require completion of a medical records release in order to mail any confidential medical records.
