How much does it cost?

Services will not be denied or subject to any variation in quality due to inability to pay for services. Our fees for medical services are significantly discounted and often free. We also offer a sliding fee scale and personalized payment plans to meet your needs. How will I get my results?

If you have signed up for the secure Patient Portal, you can access your test results as they are available. At your visit, you will specify your preferred method of contact and our clinic staff will contact you with your test results once they’ve been reviewed by the healthcare provider.

Do I need a parent or guardian with me?

No. Patients age 13 and older can be seen and treated confidentially without a parent or guardian present. However, patients under age 18 will need to have a parental permission to receive vaccinations.

Will you send something to my house?

Confidentiality is very important to us. During your visit, you will specify your preferred method of contact, including mail correspondence. Clinic staff will send mail correspondence if we have been unable to contact you by your preferred method of contact and there are concerns regarding your health or wellbeing. We do require completion of a medical records release in order to mail any confidential medical records.

How will you contact me?

I have a primary physician, but can I still be seen at the clinic?

We welcome all patients, even if you have a primary care provider. Many patients may not feel comfortable discussing reproductive health with their primary care provider and some providers may not offer the same services we provide.

We anticipate and encourage questions. We know that we will provide the details you are looking for to become sexually healthy and knowledgable.

We will work with you – whatever your situation may be.
